Business Analysts

We define Business Analysis as a set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organisation:

  • We have Business Analysts who interface with your company to understand your requirements
  • They’ll help plan a business analysis approach, activities, communication, requirements management process, monitor and report on its performance
  • They’ll determine solution approach, define solution scope and develop the business case
  • We have BA’s that will prepare, conduct, document and confirm elicitation results
  • They’ll organise, prioritise, specify, model and assess the coverage of requirements
  • Our BA’s will produce business cases/business requirement specifications (BRS)/functional requirements, context diagrams, processes, domain models, business rules, constraints functional and non-functional requirements
  • They’ll also support the project management function
